Hiland Calcutta Riverside Residential Township Project

Calcutta Riverside residential township project is developed by Riverbank Development Private Limited in joint venture with Bata India Pvt Ltd planned on the bank of the Hooghly River in Kolkata in South 24 parganas district under Maheshtala Municipality, West Bangal.

Riverbank is one of the repudiated company that hold the operating company has finalized a funding of Rs. 117.65 crore for the IT SEZ portion of this project on the outskirts of Kolkata, where Hiland Calcutta Riverside Kolkata project is only few Minutes drive away from there.

This project is a mixed use construction with high-end residential communities around river, lakes, and golf course. It has all aspect modern amenities including an IT park with 25 acres of green land, a Crowne Plaza 200 room hotel with 50 service apartments overlooking the river, a shaping complex with big bazaar and many more. So, implementing the project Calcutta Riverside is in the process of tying up with Dulwich College, Nanyang Technological University, and London, Singapore, one of the other, for the knowledge purpose.

The project Hiland Calcutta Riverside has been designed with eco-friendly environment and onsite initiatives like the 25 acre IT Park registered as a green colour building, recreation of more lined up with geo-textile blankets, retention of existing water bodies, retention of as much green cover as possible, zero sewage discharge, offsite nursery development, recycled water usage for irrigation and HVAC, building envelopes around green courts, etc.
