Gurgaon Real Estate Boosted With Improved Home Sales

Gurgaon Real Estate is one of the most prominent real estate markets in the NCR. Gurgaon is very close to the National Capital, and so there is higher demand for housing projects in the city. Unlike other NCR cities, the city is more top-end oriented. Having vast numbers of golf courses and golf oriented projects, the city attracts the top earners highly. The city is considered as one of the booming land for real estate investment.

Whoever invests in any of the Gurgaon Properties, will surely see that they are receiving higher returns from their investment. There is no doubt for this. This is the reason why there are more numbers of investors in the city. In case if the city were not providing better returns, it would not have grown to be what it is today. Now the city is more or less investment oriented.

The property prices are shooting up day by day in the city. This is the reason why there is higher demand from the part of investors who remain keen to have investment in any Property in Gurgaon. They do raise demand for both commercial as well as residential projects. In some of the experts’ opinion now the commercial sector is better for real estate investment. They say this due to the weak home sales in the country.

According to some recent reports, the home sales across the city are down. This is not the case with NCR. In this region there is an improvement in the number of home sales. According to Liases Foras, the home sales have improved in the NCR region by around 24%. This report has really boosted the Gurgaon Real Estate market, especially the residential market. If the home sales are improving in the city, there will be more demand from all segments.

Now if the top-end housing segment remains the most demanded, the demand for mid-housing segment also is not less. Some experts say that now this is the most demanded housing units. These Gurgaon Properties are normally priced between Rs.1 Cr to Rs.2 Cr. Comparing to the higher prices, where properties worth Rs.7 Cr to over Rs.10 Cr are available, this price remains far affordable. This does not mean that the city is anyway suitable for the lower income group.

This is one of the great shortcomings of Gurgaon that there is no such kind of affordable Property in Gurgaon. Either these properties are so costly that the takers are not able to get hold of it, or the properties are sufficiently costly that no normal man can afford it. One thing is sure that there is demand for ultra-luxury and high-end projects in the city always; mainly due to the higher convenience it offers to the residents.
